I created an account but I cannot sign in

 You need to verify your account first. Check your inbox (or JUNK) you should recieve a verification email in your inbox to verify your account. 

How do I buy a Deal (Voucher)?

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Find a deal you want to buy
  3. Click on "Buy Now"
  4. If you choose "Online Payment", you receive your Voucher immediately in your account, if you choose "Cash on Delivery", we come to your address to collect the money and after we receive payment we send you the Voucher to your account. You can also pay with your Gift Card (for details see here)
  5. The shop would already know that you bought the Deal
  6. Use your Voucher at the Shop to get the Deal - You can show your Voucher from your mobile

 Is it safe to pay online for the Deals?

Valubil website does not save any credit card or financial information about you. When you pay online on Valubil, you are actually paying on the online payment gateway which is VISA and MasterCard Verified payment gateway. You can also pay using your Paypal account.

How can I get notifications on deals I am interested in?

When you sign in, click on “Your Name” and then on “My Interests”. Choose any interest you like to get notifications on when deals of your interest are available.

How do I pay for deals?

You can pay by:

Online payment: (VISA, MasterCard or Paypal) Immediately, you get your Voucher in your account

Cash on Delivery: we come to your address and collect the payment. You receive Voucher in your account within around 12 to 24 hours after payment receipt

Gift Card: it is like your money wallet on Valubil. If you pay by a Gift Card you receive your Voucher in your account immediately. To have a Gift Card on Valubil, you go to "Gift Cards" under "Gift Ideas" and choose the amount you want to place in your wallet by ordering a gift card on Valubil. You can pay for it online or we can come to your address and collect the Cash and place it in your Gift Card on Valubil so you can use it on the website. Call us for more info on 0770532727

What is Cash on Delivery? 

Cash on Delivery is a payment method which allows you to pay for the voucher at the address you specify.
  • The Delivery Company will call you within 2 working days of placing your order, to agree on the cash collection date.
  • The Delivery Company will collect the payment from you at your address and give you a receipt.
  • Your Voucher will be available in your account within 1 working day after payment receipt.
Cash on Delivery is available only in Jordan. 

What is the difference between "buying a Deal" or "Get Code" Deals?

Buying a voucher (Deal):
When you buy a Voucher, you are paying for the Deal, so you don't have to pay anymore at the Shop. The shop would know that you bought the deal from Valubil. So, you only have to show your Voucher at the Shop and get the Deal without paying anything. 

Get Code:
When you click on "Get Code", you get a Discount Code for free which allows you to get the Discount or the Deal at the Shop. The shop would also know that you have a Code from Valubil. So, when you show your Code at the Shop, you pay at the Shop and get the Discount or the Deal. 

Do I have to print my Voucher to use it?

No, you don't have to print your Voucher. Just show your Voucher Code at the Shop or provide it on phone in case of Delivery. 

Can I use my Voucher more than once?

No, you cannot. The Authorization Code on the Voucher can be used ONLY once. Any attempt to photocopy it or use it twice will result in the deactivation and confiscation of the Voucher and will prevent you from using it.

Can someone else use my Voucher that has my name on?

Yes. Anyone who has the Voucher can use it even if the Voucher doesn't have his/her name.

What if I bought the Voucher but I don’t want all of the deal? 

Partial redemption is not available. For example, if you buy a deal that includes hair cut and hair treatment but you redeemed the Voucher for the hair cut only. You are not allowed for a partial refund for the value of the hair treatment.

What if I want to buy more than one deal?

Just click on "add to cart" and when you finish shopping, click on “My Cart” and then click on “Check out”.

What if I want to send the Voucher as a gift?

You have two options:

click on “buy as a gift”, enter your friend’s name and email address to send it to him/her. Your friend will receive his/her Voucher in his/her email address.
or 
- buy it, print it and give it to your friend. 

What if I didn't use my Voucher and it is expired?

Try not to miss the Voucher expiry date. It is on the Voucher and mentioned under “Fine Print & Terms” of the deal. Make sure the date suits your time availability, because once the Voucher is expired, you will not be able to use the Voucher anymore. And, expired Vouchers are non-refundable. 

Can I refund my Voucher?

We are sorry you couldn’t use your Voucher. Unfortunately, Vouchers are non-refundable. Please, check our Refund & Cancellation Policies for more information.

Can I cancel an order?

Please, note you cannot cancel an order. Therefore, please make sure you read all details of the deal before you buy it. 

What are Gift Cards?

Gift Cards is like a money wallet which has store credits that can be used on Valubil to buy deals.

Gift Card is a good idea for a gift: If you are not sure what to buy for a friend of yours, you can buy your friend a gift card and your friend can use this gift card with its store credits to buy on Valubil. 

Gift Card is good as your money wallet on Valubil:  Under "Gift Ideas" Go to Gift Cards, choose the amount you want to place in your Gift Card and choose Cash on Delivery. We come to your address and collect the Cash and place in your Gift Card.

  • When you are buying a deal and proceed to pay, choose "Gift Card" as your payment method
  • Write the card number in the box
  • Continue to pay

How can I buy Gift Cards as a gift?

Select the Gift Card you want to buy. Click on “Buy as a gift”, follow the instructions, submit your friend’s email and he/she will receive it in his/her email. Do not worry if your friend does not have an account on Valubil. In this case, your friend should only create an account using the email address you submitted and he/she will find the Gift Card in his/her account.
